This document, hereby referred to as the "Policy", outlines the terms and conditions related to refunds and
cancellations pertaining to transactions conducted through Trademarkia's online platform, www.trademarkia.in. It is incumbent upon the client, hereafter referred to
as "You", to acquaint Yourself with this Policy, as well as the Terms and Conditions of Trademarkia, which
collectively govern the contractual relationship between You and Trademarkia.
1: Obligation of Service and Product Fulfillment
Trademarkia herein assures its commitment to delivering services and products conforming in totality to the
specifications and timelines enumerated for each item procured by You. Notwithstanding, in cases where fulfillment
is rendered impracticable due to extenuating and unforeseeable circumstances, Trademarkia will entertain the
provision of a refund under the stipulations delineated below.
2: Policy of Cancellation
- Right to Rescind: You are entitled to rescind a contract for service or product within a
twenty-four-hour window subsequent to the initial transaction, without incurring any financial penalty.
- Subsequent Cancellation: Should the rescission occur post the twenty-four-hour grace period, a
cancellation fee may be levied, commensurate with the extent of service rendered or product development at the
juncture of cancellation.
3: Conditions Precedent to Refund
- Demonstrable Deficiency: A refund shall be contemplated solely under the circumstance of a
demonstrable and egregious deficiency in the service or product provided by Trademarkia.
- Exclusion of Capricious Withdrawal: Any request for refund emanating from a change in
preference or caprice post-delivery will be considered non-justiciable and thus, null and void.
- Alternative Service Allocation: In instances of anticipatory repudiation prior to service
culmination, an option to allocate the paid quantum towards an alternative service of equivalent pecuniary value
will be offered.
4: Temporal Limitations on Refund and Cancellation
- Refund Request Period: A petition for a refund must be lodged within a temporal window of
thirty days succeeding the notification of service or product completion.
- Cancellation Request Window: A cancellation request should be proffered within a
twenty-four-hour period post-order to eschew any cancellation fees.
- Invalidity of Belated Requests: Any petitions for refunds or cancellations presented subsequent
to the aforementioned periods shall be deemed invalid and not subject to consideration.
5: Mechanism for Refund Execution
- Initiation Post-Approval: Upon adjudication and approval of a refund, Trademarkia shall
initiate the refund process, the details of which will be communicated via electronic mail.
- Processing Duration: The execution of the refund process may span a minimum of fifteen business
days, culminating in the reimbursement being credited to Your designated bank account. Trademarkia commits to
executing this process with utmost diligence and efficiency.
